These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website 3bustilbud.dk & Busbooking.dk (hereinafter referred to as the Platform), which is owned and administered by:

When you as a customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) use busbooking.dk or 3bustilbud.dk (hereinafter referred to as the Platform) in relation to obtaining offers and/or booking passenger transport, this is always done in accordance with the terms and conditions below.
If one or more of these conditions are deviated from by separate agreement between the Customer and the Platform, the remaining terms and conditions will always apply.
Terms of agreement that may have been agreed between the Customer and the Platform's affiliated bus companies (hereinafter referred to as the Bus Companies) do not bind the Platform, cf. more details below.

1. Profile
a) The Platform can be used by both private and commercial users.
b) If the Customer wishes to use the Platform, it is necessary for the Customer to provide a number of personal information and possibly company information. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that this information is correct and up-to-date at all times, and that the Customer is personally at least 18 years old and of legal age at the time of using the Platform. The personal information entered is processed in accordance with the Platform's privacy and cookie policy.
c) All information provided by the Customer and concerning the Customer is only accessible to the Platform and the employees who handle the platform.
d) If the Customer creates a profile on the Platform, the Customer simultaneously accepts that the Platform and the affiliated Bus Companies can contact the Customer via e-mail or telephone. This also includes that the Platform can send current marketing material.
e) The Platform undertakes not to transfer personal or company information to third parties. All information provided by the Customer is processed in accordance with the Platform's privacy and cookie policy in force at all times.
2. Prices and payment
a) The Customer can create a profile on the Platform free of charge. It is also free to use the Platform to obtain quotes.
b) If the Customer wishes to use the Platform to order passenger transport, the Customer must simply complete and submit the order form on the Platform.
c) Any order for passenger transport obtained via the Platform entails a service fee to the Platform of DKK 75.00.
d) Prices and specifications regarding the completed order appear from the order confirmation. Sent by the Platform after completion of the order.
e) Payment for orders completed on the Platform must be made to the Platform or partially to the platform and the bus company chosen by the Customer.
f) In the event of late or non-payment, the Platform will require the Customer to pay a reminder fee of DKK 100. Interest of 1.25% per month commenced will also be added.
g) Any payment dispute between the Customer and the Bus Companies does not concern the Platform.
h) Payment can be made by regular bank transfer, EAN number or online payment via payment card.
i) If the nature, duration or scope of the order deviates from the agreed upon, and the responsibility lies with the Customer, the Platform will collect the fee on behalf of the Bus Company.
j) Any agreement and order for passenger transport is only binding when the reservation has been confirmed by the Platform. A reservation confirmation is sent manually by the Platform in the form of an ‘order confirmation’.
3. The performance
a) The Platform is only an intermediary platform that, based on the Customer's travel details, obtains or calculates offers for passenger transport. Offers and prices given by the Platform are only indicative and given directly by the bus companies. Any offer and any price are only binding when accepted by the bus company and the Platform sends an order confirmation.
b) The Platform does not operate bus trips and is not a party to the agreement or otherwise responsible for the relationship between the Customer and the Bus Companies, cf. section 6, point a.
c) It is the Customer's sole responsibility to book a suitable bus and to familiarize themselves with the number of seats, equipment, etc., cf. the order confirmation. The Platform cannot be held responsible if the Customer needs more seats or the like after booking.
4. Changes to or cancellation of the service
a) If the Customer wishes to cancel a trip that has been booked and confirmed through the Platform, this can be done up to 14 days before the trip begins for an administration fee of 20% of the trip price, however, a maximum of DKK 2,500.00.
b) If the trip is canceled later than 14 days before the trip begins, the Customer will be invoiced 100% of the trip price.
c) For any change to a trip that has been booked and confirmed through the Platform, the Platform may charge an administration fee of DKK 250.00. This fee is charged for any type of change and can occur up to several times in a booking, should the need for change be more than one.
d) When booking passenger transport, whereby accommodation for the driver, ferry fee or similar is included, the Customer is obliged to bear the costs thereof for any cancellation or change, if these costs cannot be refunded to the Platform. All costs of this nature are booked immediately after the customer has received an order confirmation to secure space.
5. Customer's responsibility
a) The Customer is solely liable for any damage to equipment or third parties caused by the Customer or other passengers in the transport.
b) The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Customer or other passengers in the transport are not the cause of unnecessary and extensive cleaning of the vehicle. In the event that the Bus Company is obliged to bear the costs for this, the Customer undertakes to pay the associated additional costs.
c) All journeys by bus ordered through the Platform take place in buses where smoking is not permitted. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Customer or other passengers respect this.
d) For journeys over several days, the Customer is responsible for any accommodation and meals for the driver(s). In the event that the Bus Company is obliged to bear the costs for this, the Customer undertakes to pay the additional costs stated by the Platform.
e) Forgotten items must be handed in after the journey has ended to the office of the Bus Company in question. The platform is not liable for forgotten items.
f) Costs for bridge and/or ferry crossings are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed upon when ordering. As a rule, all prices are stated incl. bridge tolls and ferry crossings.
g) It is the Customer's sole responsibility to familiarize themselves with and observe the Bus Companies' other terms and conditions.
h) Please note that most buses do not operate on gravel roads or roads with dense vegetation. It is the Customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the route and the relevant road conditions.
6. Limitation of liability
a) The Platform is only an intermediary platform and is not part of a contractual relationship between the Customer and the selected bus company. Any dispute and any liability in connection therewith therefore concerns only the contracting parties, the Customer and the bus company.
b) In connection with the execution of passenger transport ordered through the Platform, the Platform therefore disclaims all liability, including any potential liability for damages.
c) The Platform is also exempt from liability for circumstances that the Platform has no control over or could reasonably have predicted, including, but not limited to, strikes, lockouts, war, currency restrictions, computer viruses, hacking, system errors and failures, import/export bans, power outages, etc.
7. Satisfaction
a) If circumstances arise during the execution of passenger transport for which the Customer is dissatisfied, the Customer must immediately contact the bus company or the Platform to find a solution.
b) Complaints about driving must also be made in writing to info@busbooking.dk no later than 48 hours after the end of the trip.
8. Copyright
a) The Platform reserves the right to all intellectual property rights, including the full copyrights to 3bustilbud.dk, busbooking.dk and the exclusive rights to trademarks, code and graphic elements on 3bustilbud.dk as well as elements made available by the Platform in the form of, among other things, videos, animations, sound, music, text, images, photos, etc.
b) The rights to the information and materials that are uploaded generally belong to those who upload the material, which the Customer accepts.
c) The Customer may use the information and materials made available by the Platform for their own private purposes.
9. Data security and handling
a) The Platform undertakes to take appropriate measures to ensure proper handling of the Customer's data, cf. also the privacy and cookie policy applicable at any time.
10. Breach
a) The Platform reserves the right to delete the Customer's profile at any time and without notice in the event of a breach.
b) If the Customer's breach causes a loss to the Platform, the Platform reserves the right to claim compensation for this.
11. Changes to terms and conditions
a) The Platform reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time with a notice by email of 30 days.
b) The latest changes will appear at the top of this page with the date and content of the changes.
12. Right of complaint for consumers
a) If you wish to complain about your experience with the Platform, you are welcome to contact us at info@busbooking.dk. We always strive to find an amicable solution.
b) If you are not satisfied with the result of your complaint, you can submit this to the Center for Complaints Resolution forbrug.dk.
c) If it is not possible to reach a compromise in the Center for Complaints Resolution, you have the option to submit your complaint to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board.
d) As a consumer, you also have the option to complain via European ODR. You can complain via the following link.
