Accommodating, reliable and easy

Quick reply to my enquiry. I had to change the booking several times without any trouble. Everything went as agreed. Really good service.

Great! Everything lived up to our expectations. We travelled with Solveigs Busser. Lovely driver. On both the outbound and return trip he was there ahead of the agreed time, which suited us perfectly.

A big recommendation from me. It was easy and straightforward to book the right size of bus. Good atmosphere and service when getting in touch. A smart, clean bus from Skovlunde Turistbusser; the driver drove safely and smoothly, and was punctual.

Getting in touch with Busbooking.dk by email was easy and quick. We travelled with a Stryhns bus. It was really good. A genuinely kind and pleasant driver. Drove well and calmly. Happy to stop for a smoking break without any problem. We made everything on time. So all in all a really good experience :)

I quickly got a decent price and reached a member of staff who could answer the questions I had before the trip. And the trip itself went fine — a punctual and flexible driver :-)) all good

Agnete Christensen

Nice bus, and the run-up went well regarding the meeting point, pick-up, stops and so on. Unfortunately the driver chose an unfortunate route on the way, so the trip took 10 minutes longer. The journey home arrived in Copenhagen at 01:45, so the choice of route was not down to heavy traffic. The driver was smiling, helpful and accommodating.

Christina

The driver, Steffan, was punctual, service-minded and extremely pleasant — and funny!!! I would ride to the end of the world with him!

Abdi Hedayat

Really good customer service, and everything just worked perfectly

Majken Johansen

It was a good experience despite an unfortunate wrong turn that led to a delayed arrival, but we were compensated for that through Busbooking's intervention.

Troels Larsen

Good communication with Busbooking. The bus arrived on time and the driver drove well, but Danish was not his strongest skill. That complicated communication.

Peter Rimfort

It was great! DL busser were there on time, and we were dropped off again as agreed. All good.

Julius

Easy to get a price, choose between the options and book. We were completely satisfied with all three companies we used.

Customer

Everything went as it should and the service was top notch.

Katja

It was easy to set up a return-trip arrangement, and the drivers were helpful and arrived on time.

The budget bus is typically the cheapest solution. The bus is most often a school bus, route bus or an older tourist bus. The budget bus is particularly suitable for hen parties, school trips, etc., where the condition of the bus is secondary. All budget buses here on the platform are, of course, legal and safe.

The standard bus is typically a neat, tidy and ordinary tourist bus that is suitable for all forms of transport. Including institutional driving as well as more formal business driving. The standard bus usually has high driving comfort and is suitable for longer tourist journeys at home and abroad.

The VIP bus is typically a more luxurious version of the regular tourist bus. The bus is usually of a newer date and equipped with better seats, more legroom, tables between the seats - and generally with higher driving comfort. The VIP bus is particularly suitable for event driving and business driving, where comfort during transport must not be compromised.
